Aubrey loves the ExerSaucer! She loves the Doorway Jumper too, but there is just not enough room for her to move around in any of our doorways. Yesterday she bumped her head on the side of the door. She moves around so much when she is in it. She needs more space! Anyways, enjoy the video of Aubrey!

Newest Toy

Aubrey loves her newest toy, which is the exersaucer! She is so cute in it! I think she likes the freedom to move around and stand up. It keeps her entertained more than anything else I have put her in. The swing never did much for her. We got some great video footage of her in the exersaucer, so I will have to post that later!
Also, last weekend Aubrey wore her first Aggie outfit! Rod was so proud! It holds significance to me, because showing Rod the outfit was how I let him know I was pregnant! I thought Aubrey and Rod looked so cute together in their matching Aggie shirts! Once Aubrey's "Born to Be A Wildcat" onesie comes in the mail, she and I will have a picture in our ACU shirts as well!
We had my niece's 1 year birthday party last Saturday too. I love seeing babies eat their first cake! It's so adorable! She looked so funny with cake all over her face. I got to witness Kate eating rice cereal at the party too, and it was fun to watch! I can't wait for the day we start rice cereal with Aubrey! Here are the recent pics.....

Do these two look alike or what?

I never can get enough hat pictures of Aubrey!
Even though Aubrey isn't smiling here, she was having a blast!
I couldn't resist this picture!

Fair Weekend

Last weekend Rod and I had our first dinner date with Aubrey. She did great! We were able to enjoy a nice meal together at Red Lobster. We definitely need to eat out together more, it's just so much easier to eat at the house. Saturday we braved going to the State Fair, even though there was estimated to be over 90,000 people there due to the game. Getting there took us two hours, and we had to park in a very shady part of Dallas, but overall we had a wonderful experience. We went with my older sister Keari, her husband Micheal, and their son Ian. Ian was so cute with little Aubrey. He was so affectionate and loving with her. The main reason I go to the Fair is the food. We were able to have lots of good Fair food while we were there. The only thing I didn't get, that I usually love to get there, are the big corn dogs! Here are some pics of our weekend!

Last Weekend

Last weekend we had Aubrey's Baby Dedication. It was really neat, our preacher Chris Seidman individually spoke about each baby, and the meaning of their name. There was a slideshow put together with each baby's picture, and they had the song "Ordinary Miracle" playing to the pictures. It almost brought me to tears, it was so sweet! Rod's parents came into town for the Baby Dedication, and Tami, my Mom, and my sister Lori, as well as her kids went to church to be there for it. I think Aubrey was overwhelmed with it all! After church she gave this high pitched cry that I have never heard before. Matt and Carolyn Tapie were in town too, and it was such a blessing to see them! I would love for them to move back to Dallas! We had a dinner with them as well as many others on Sunday night, and Aubrey gave the high pitched cry again. Lets just say, she slept well Sunday night! Here are some pictures from the weekend's events, as well as some really precious pictures of Aubrey smiling before one of our morning walks. I also captured her first experience with a stuffed animal! So cute!

I rarely have pictures made of Aubrey and I, since I am usually the one behind the camera!
